Laser interferometer:

Application: linearity, angle, perpendicularity, straightness, flatness, etc. It mainly measures the position accuracy of CNC machine tools.


Three coordinate measuring instrument

Applied in product design, mold equipment, gear measurement, blade measurement machinery manufacturing, tooling fixtures, steam mold accessories, electronic appliances, and other precision measurements.



Autocollimator:

Two-dimensional angle measurement and display at the same time, mainly testing the quality of machined parts (flatness, flatness, perpendicularity, parallelism, etc.)


Ballbar:

Mainly used for rapid detection of two-axis linkage accuracy of CNC machine tools and machine tool failure analysis.


Marble flat ruler:

As a reference surface for the inspection of instruments, precision tools, and mechanical workpieces, it is especially used for high-precision measurement.

Feeler gauge:

The feeler gauge is used to measure the gap size. This method can be used to determine whether the measured size is acceptable.


Block gauge:

The block gauge is a high-precision standard length measuring tool and the benchmark for length measurement; it is used to measure precision workpieces and measure, adjust, and verify the correct size of other length gauges.
